As we move into and through adulthood, the wide range of events that happen may be exciting opportunities to develop and achieve positive things in our lives. At the same time, some events may cause stress, anxiety or depression as they are difficult to manage or may even be overwhelming. Sometimes life can go completely to plan, or may tick along nicely in meeting your needs and making you happy. However, sometimes life can go off track and you may want to get some extra support to help you to feel balanced and find the path that works for you.

We offer expert help to adults which may relate to work pressures, your social life, relationships, family, identity, neurodivergence, self care, financial pressure, trauma that may be recent or from some time ago, redundancy or retirement. These may lead to experiences of stress, anxiety, depression or addiction, for example.

By reaching out for support, you can help to overcome the isolation that can occur when we keep problems within ourselves. With every step you take, it can get easier make sense of what is happening and why/how, to do whatever work and reflection is needed to help you to achieve what you want in your life and meet your needs in better balance.
