Where we provide face to face services
We provide therapy in-person in Leeds, York and other parts of Yorkshire on request.

Benefits of online therapy
There is good evidence that online therapy and coaching can be just as effective as face to face.
It’s less costly. Because you don’t have to travel to sessions, you can save on time and money.
It’s more convenient. There is generally more choice when you can do it to fit around other commitments.
It’s private and secure. We use encrypted technology and the same confidentiality and safeguarding policies as for face to face therapy.
It’s in the comfort of your own home. Some people reflect that they feel more comfortable at home and find it easier to be open and fully participate in sessions; whilst others prefer or want to be away from their home environment to get more space and privacy. .
Overall, it depends on each person’s preference and the balance of their situation. Both can work equally well and achieve equally effective results. We can offer people either option, and for some people, they opt of a mix between the two.
